Shipping Policy
We process orders as quickly as possible, but customised items may require preparation time before dispatch.
- Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Standard shipping within India usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, weather delays, or courier disruptions.
- Customers are expected to provide correct address and phone details to avoid delivery failure.
- Tracking details may be shared after dispatch where available.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because many Mejo products are personalised or made to order, refunds cannot be treated the same as generic retail products.
- Cancellation requests should be raised immediately after order placement.
- Once production or printing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds are considered only for damaged, defective, or wrong items, after verification.
- Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Used, damaged by customer, or customised approved products are usually not eligible for refund.
